Free delivery over £120. Delivery up to 2kg £4.50. Delivery over 2kg £7.50
Next day by 1 pm £15.00 – cut off time 12 pm for next day delivery
International delivery covering Europe – price on request

In the event that you change your mind about an item, we will accept a return provided the item is unused, in its original unopened packaging, any labels still attached and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new. You have 28 days from purchase date to request return. To do so please email us on info@evokeprofessional.com.
You will be responsible for postage cost.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. All refunds will be processed within 7 days of approving your return to the original payment method. Postage – when a refund is agreed to any postage cost incurred by the customer this is made in the form of a voucher that can be used against further orders (valid for 1 year).
Please ensure that care is taken when opening a parcel as we will not be responsible for any damage caused during this process. Please inspect your items and contact us within 24hrs if any are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
